As of this writing I've been in Real Estate for
somewhere in the vicinity of seven years. Initially I spent the majority of my
time within the condominium sector of the marketplace, but in recent years I
have tended to work more frequently within the residential resale arena, and at
varying times within the Commercial sector of the real estate market. My
tendency has always been to try and help clients achieve their real estate goals
irrespective of where this might take us, and in doing this I have learned a
great deal about almost every facet of our industry. Although not a hard and
fast rule, I tend to work almost exclusively within the confines of Toronto
proper.
In addition to working and making a living
in Real Estate, I have also cultivated a wide array of supplemental interests
complimentary to this particular field. These would include an on-going interest
in Architecture, an ever increasing appreciation of the Design-Build process,
and a consequential interest in all aspects affecting the Toronto Real Estate
market. In addition to giving me a better sense as to what's really out there
(and the implications of same), this has further enabled me to contribute a
number of written articles pertinent to our industry to magazines such as "The
Condo Guide." (An excellent entry level resource for anyone interested in the
condominium marketplace in general).
A firm believer in the idea that the best
decisions are predicated on ample and timely information, and that each
transaction is in fact a unique and hard won circumstance, I am hopeful that
this approach will continue to enable me to render the kind of service that will
keep my particular clients well ahead of their peers.
